• How do I know whether you will select an outfit that I will like?From your style intake we can pretty much assess what you like, and moreover what will suit you in terms of color and fit. Then we'll ring you to get some more background and nuance to your style intake. After that we are pretty succesfull at selecting an outfit that makes you happy. And should it not fit completely, you can always return, at no cost. Worth a try, right?
• What is the price of a Scottybons outfit?We send outfits (8-12 items) of €700, but sometimes also €1000. It depends on your budget and style preference. We do work however with brands of good quality and our article prices are in the middle to high price segment. You will never pay more than normal retailprices.
• Do you have a webshop, where I can buy individual items? Scottybons is not a webshop. Unless it is to swap sizes, it is not possible to order specific items at Scottybons. Our concept is actually designed to unburden you and surprise you! You tell about your style and fit and we will select an outfit for you.
• What sizes are available at Scottybons?For sizes XS t/m XL (34 t/m 46) we have a broad collection from which to choose your outfit. We also have items in size 48-50, but because there are not many brands that carry these sizes, it will be more difficult. We are working hard to expand our collection and also have abundant choice for these sizes.
• How often will I receive a Scottybox?You can receive your Scottybox as often as you like. You can incidentally offer a Scottybox, but you can also indicate you would like to automatically periodically receive a Scottybox. You can choose to get surprised every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months. Everytime you´ll receive an outfit at the beginning of the month. At any time you can decide to stop this subscription; no strings attached!
• If I check the box to receive a periodical Scottybox, how will it work? When you indicate you would like to periodically receive a Scottybox, we will always need to have spoken with you, at least for the first outfit. For the outfits following, we will send you a message in the first week of the month with a few questions, so we can be most succesful at selecting your next outfit.
• Can I also order from outside of the Netherlands? For now we deliver in the Netherlands. As long as you have an address in The Netherlands to receive your outfit, you can also order from abroad. We also deliver in Belgium, but ask a downpayment before we send you a personalized clothing box. We also ask you to take care of the return, so that we share the higher cost of shipment. If you would like to receive your outfit in another country, please let us know, and we will see what we can do for you.
• Can I pick up my Scottybox? Yes of course. Just discuss with your personal stylist. You can pick up your Scottybox at our office in Hilversum, at Lage Naarderweg 47.
• When will I receive my invoice? After we have reveived your return shipment, we will send you an invoice for the articles you have kept. If we haven't received any returns after 14 days, we'll assume you want to keep everything, and we'll send you an invoice for the total outfit.
• How can I return items I don´t want to keep? In the box a return form and a return label were enclosed. Fill the return form. Put all articles you want to return or swap in the original packaging back into the box. Stick the returnlabel on it, and give it off at the nearest PostNL point.
• What does a giftcard look like? The giftcard looks like a greeting card in an envelope, addressed to the lucky receiver. In the greeting card the value of the giftcard is printed, the code to redeem the giftcard, your name and a personal message.
• How long will it take before I receive this giftcard? When you order a giftcard, we will send it on working days within 24 hours. It means that if you order on a Monday, you'll receive your giftcard(s) on Wednesday.
